We've had a lot of construction activity taking place during November, including new bridges at Newsham, but as well as those projects, there's a lot going on in the community.
Here are our highlights;
Supported the "Wonder Challenge" which is a competition for year 9 & 10 students run by the Northern Counties Builders Federation in schools to design a sustainable transport system.
Arranged a visit to Haltwhistle for stakeholders from Bedlington to look at station building restorations completed.
Started delivery of school safety sessions to schools that are within 2 miles of the Northumberland Line.
Held a drop in event at Newsham to look at project progress.
Supported North Tyneside Learning Trust's Careers Live event and engaged with 112 people.
Supported "Portraits of Blyth" project with interviews with two staff from Morgan Sindall who are working on the bridge construction project.
Morgan Sindall won an award for their Mental Health First Aider training which has been delivered to 85 delegates across Northumberland and North Tyneside.
