To allow for engineering work to be carried out on the rail line, the level crossing at Newsham will be closed to traffic from 9pm on Friday 12th May until 5am on Monday 15th May. Pedestrians will still be able to use the level crossing and a marshall will be available.
The nearby level crossing at Plessey Road will remain open and will be the diversionary route for road traffic, including buses.
