Come and visit Connecting Communities, the Northumberland Line Photographic Journey in Astley Park Pavilion in Seaton Delaval between the 19th & 24th June (closed 22nd June) between 10am & 4pm.

The free exhibition which has been curated by Morgan Sindall, is currently on tour around the area and it would be great to see you there.

So far, it is estimated to have been seen by over 3,600 people and has engaged a number of local stakeholders including Newsham Primary School and North Eastern Railway Association.

These comments were left in the guest book:

“…the exhibition was extremely educational, and it was good to see how these stations operated in the past. The only thing that surpasses this is the excellent train service we have been left with and the legacy you have left that will be there for generations to come. You should be immensely proud of yourselves” - Jill Henderson, Seaton Valley Council

“Having seen the work being done in Ashington its very interesting to see the aerial shots of the work elsewhere, this has been a huge undertaking sand the results I have seen are fantastic. Everything yu have done for the town and the library service is much appreciated – thank you!” Lynn W

“A very interesting and informative display, well done!”
