Front Street, Bebside - Roadworks Update

We had originally anticipated undertaking these works at the end of August, but we have had to push them back due to access challenges resulting from complex issues with utilities in this area.

As such the final stage of the highways works will now take place overnight during a four-night full road closure on Front Street, starting on Friday 12 September and finishing on Monday 15 September. Works will be ongoing between 7pm and 6am each day during this period.

A clearly signposted diversion route will be in place throughout the road closure period and alternative overnight parking will be available for residents at Kidz Town car park.

We will also be running a free shuttle bus which will run from the Horton Manor stop to Bebside Interchange via Bebside Hall to connect with the X9 route.
