The meeting will take place on Tuesday 13 August at Backworth Hall, Station Road, NE27 0AH. Please join us at 6pm for a presentation followed by an opportunity for discussion with representatives from Northumberland County Council, stations contractor Morgan Sindall, and the wider project team. The session will close at 7.30pm.
The purpose of the session is to provide residents with a summary of what to expect from the station construction over the next few months. Upcoming works include installation of the new station platform, which will require us to work overnight and at weekends. The station platform installation work will be undertaken on the following dates and times:
· 10pm on Thursday 29 August to 5.30am on Monday 2 September.
· 10pm on Thursday 5 September to 5.30am on Monday 9 September.
