As we get closer to the return of passenger services on the Northumberland Line, we've had a lot of questions on the price of tickets and what reductions are available. We've shared the ticket prices for both rail only journeys and for journeys where you can change onto the Tyne & Wear Metro and you can click here for more information.

Great tips on Railcards! This is super helpful for planning trips on the Northumberland Line. Saving money on train travel means more budget for exploring! I wonder, has anyone looked into group travel options, like those sometimes organized for educational trips? I've been reading WorldStrides reviews and it seems like educational travel can be an amazing way to see the world. Something to consider for schools and groups wanting to make the most of the new line. It’s a win-win – affordable travel and enriching experiences!
